In all our tours we provide a personal service with expert guides, good vehicles, excellent food and comfortable lodging, however we are aware that the style of client varies from one to another therefore we are willing to suit your needs and demands to make your visit a real experience. If you belong to a small party of friends and want to create your own customized tour, we will make it happen!!
Habitats Peru Travel offers the most convenient and competitive prices for all our clients since we are a Peruvian based operator, we don’t subcontract, we are a local agent. For every booking we need you to provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Passport Number
- Any dietary restrictions(vegetarian, allergies others)
- Any medical conditions
All our prices are per person and in US dollars, which will be confirmed at the moment of booking and will be ensured with a pre–payment, prices include all the specified services in each itinerary, these prices are subject to change without notice: due taxes, entrance fees and other increases beyond our control.
All our departures operate with a minimum of 2 guests. As Peru is becoming a popular destination, we recommend planning your visit in advance.
The confirmation for the tour requested will be sent by email including the itinerary, dates, information tips and pre-departure information and any relevant cancellation conditions which will apply.
Your booking is valid when a 20% of the total amount has been deposited as a registration fee, a 40% more 3 months before departure and the remaining 40% 45 days before departure.
Cancellation and Penalty Policies
There will be no refund for portions of tour or packages not used due to passengers decision.
If you cancel your trip 2 months prior departure you get your money back minus 20% for administrative fees. Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior departure 40% of total, less than 30 days no refund, we charge NO SHOW.
Travel and Medical Insurance
Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party is the client’s responsibility. We strongly recommend the use of a travel and medical insurance plan for extra expenses or unavoidable cancellations due to illness, accident, emergency evacuation, costs incurred due to flight delays, personal baggage loss, schedule changes, missed connections, delays caused by bad weather, strikes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.

Habitats Peru is responsible for providing all the services according to the tour packages book by our guests as listed in our web site or customized itinerary.
The itinerary is a guideline; this may slightly change to maximize your visit, so Habitats Peru Travel SRL has the right to alter the program.
It is important to mention that Habitats Peru Travel SRL work by and for the guest and it will look for the best for its guests not only when they book or travel but also when for a reasonable situation they have to cancel.
Last minute bookings will be accepted but you must be aware that there is the possibility that we will not get space at the hotel or tour that you need.
